Grace is an engineer with hands-on experience spanning laboratory biochemistry and consumer-facing sales, giving her a rare dual fluency: she understands how products behave in controlled technical environments and how they must perform in real life. At Real-Hohn Labs, she leads the bridge between development and deployment—translating scientific requirements into manufacturable, scalable product concepts while keeping usability, consistency, and partner needs in sharp focus.
